ADVANCED HORSEMANSHIP

(This will be Guidepost 2 and 3 riding plus anyone brining a second bridlehorse along even if they're greenish.)

Well, well. Some of you have been riding with me for many years now!! This class is getting fun! In depth huddle, I'll have a look at your warm up and then we'll do some sets of advanced things tailored like always to where your horse is that year and on that day. If you've been riding with Buck a lot or had some advanced private lessons with me, you're probably well prepared for this class so don't be shy about applying!

"I have had the privilege of riding in six of Emma’s clinics these last few years. Even though I have ridden with Emma

for over a decade, as study buddies, and as her student, I wasn’t sure what to expect.

I just knew I wanted to be a part of it. I have always believed in Emma’s teaching and training abilities. I can honestly say that Emma’s clinic series has exceeded my expectations!

Emma does such a good job at seeing what each person needs and what the class needs as a whole and then implementing the right exercises. She explains things clearly, and demonstrates clearly what she is asking her students to do.

Emma not only helps her students learn the basic mechanics, but encourages everyone to focus on the finer details of

each exercise, and helps everyone reach a higher level of quality. She sure has helped me and my horse!

I truly feel a better connection with my horse. If you are looking for a teacher who has the utmost respect and compassion for their students and their horses; an environment of encouragement and camaraderie; a clinic where you receive one-on-one help, then I highly recommend Emma Daily Kline, of Northwood Farms."

"In 2021, I was on the verge of selling my mare. I was completely stuck; my horse was both unsafe and unhappy. I wanted to be able to ride her and progress in what she could do, but mainly I just wanted to have a happy horse. I knew that was possible, but I didn't have the experience or the mindset that was needed to change things around for my mare. I felt defeated because I wasn't sure how to help my horse. Right at my breaking point, I met Emma Daily Kline. Emma's experience and her positive approach to horsemanship have been life-changing for both my mare and myself.

Fast forward to today: my horse and I have progressed through two full years of clinics with Emma, and the results have been absolutely incredible! Emma has the ability to differentiate for both horse and human, to fit the unique needs of each. She breaks concepts and movements down into manageable pieces. My horse and I have developed trust, confidence, patience, and a growth mindset. Best of all, I do have a happy horse that is ready to learn more with me! All of this is inspired and continually supported by our coach (and now good friend), Emma, as well as the others in our study group who are all working and learning together.

No matter the level or experience of the student, I have seen huge gains made by all who attend her clinics. I whole-heartedly recommend that you attend a clinic with Emma!."

~Kori Zinda~

"Wherever you are in your horsemanship journey, Emma has the ability to help you from beginner to advanced. The personal touch and individual attention you get in her clinics, goes a long way to helping you and your horse have better understanding and clarity in the basics. She has a wonderful gift of helping with the details that make the difference. The thing I probably like most about Emma’s clinics is that she really loves the horses and loves helping us find the things that will truly help the horse become more balanced, more confident and relaxed. Highly recommend either participating in or auditing some of her clinics."
